Last September 20, 2008, the Philippine Center for Civic Education and Democracy (PCCED) Board of Trustees and Executive Committee held its annual Strategic Planning session at the Richmonde Hotel. One of the agenda for the day was to elect PCCED’s new set of officers. Elected were the following:
